Key Points

  • The congress will present new results and advances, in a series of invited and, short talks and, oral and poster presentations. Also, Original, unpublished papers are invited for presentation in the congress.
  • The languages of the congress are English and Turkish. The organization committee gives priority to young researchers and encourages English presentations.
  • The abstract, and other written input should be in English.
  • Abstracts will be evaluated double-blind & peer-review, and accepted if the referee's report is positive.
  • The presentation texts (poster, ppt, etc.) should be prepared in English. The oral presentation could be in English or Turkish.  
  • All presented paper’s abstracts will be published in the congress proceedings which prepared within 4 weeks after the congress.
  • Full-texts will be published after evaluation by at least 2 reviewers in the congress proceedings.
  • Selected full-texts could be published in "Journal of Advances in VetBio Science and Techniques" after performing the journal's processes.
  • The VetBio Journal is indexing at field indexes including CAB-Direct, Index Copernicus World of Journals and, TR-Dizin. 
  • Full texts should be prepared according to VetBio writing rules. The full texts will be accepted according to favourable reports of the referees.

  • The abstracts and /or the full text which not presented during the conference will not be included in the congress books or VetBio Journal.
  • Review papers will only be accepted for a poster presentation.
